These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the batpkt website located at https://batpkt.cam and all associated pages, content, features and services (collectively, the "Platform"). batpkt is an independent English-language online betting and casino information platform operated for the purpose of providing educational and informational content to users, with a primary focus on Pakistani users located in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar and across Pakistan.

To be eligible to register an account or access age-restricted Content on the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:
batpkt reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate access for any User who does not satisfy these conditions. The Platform is not directed at minors. If batpkt becomes aware that a minor has accessed the Platform, the relevant account or session will be closed immediately.
Where account registration functionality is available on the Platform, each User may hold only one registered account. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is prohibited and may result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any related balances or benefits.
You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. batpkt accepts no liability for any losses or damages arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain credential security.
If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify batpkt immediately by emailing [email protected]. You should also change your password without delay.
Account registration may require identity verification (KYC). Typical documentation may include a valid CNIC, an unexpired Pakistani passport, and proof of address. You must never submit falsified, altered or fraudulent documents. Doing so is a criminal offence and will result in immediate account closure and potential referral to relevant authorities.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, batpkt grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial informational purposes.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and may result in immediate termination of your access, account suspension and, where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities:

batpkt does not warrant that gambling through any linked operator is profitable, fair or free from risk. Gambling involves a risk of financial loss. You should never gamble with money you cannot afford to lose.
To the maximum extent permitted by Applicable Law, batpkt, its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
This limitation applies regardless of whether such damages are based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or any other legal theory, and even if batpkt has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

batpkt reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time and without notice, where batpkt reasonably believes you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or prohibited conduct, or where continued access would expose batpkt to legal, regulatory or reputational risk.
You may cease using the Platform at any time. If you have a registered account, you may request account closure by contacting us at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable period. Any pending matters (including verification, compliance review or disputed transactions) may need to be resolved before closure is confirmed.
Clauses that by their nature should survive termination — including Clauses 11 (Intellectual Property), 12 (Disclaimer of Warranties), 13 (Limitation of Liability) and 15 (Governing Law) — shall continue to apply following termination.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which batpkt is incorporated and/or operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Users accessing the Platform from Pakistan acknowledge that Pakistani law — including but not limited to the Prevention of Gambling Act 1977, the Electronic Transactions Ordinance 2002 and the Pakistan Telecommunication (Re-organisation) Act 1996 — may impose additional obligations or restrictions on their use of the Platform and related services. batpkt does not represent that the Platform's operation is consistent with Pakistani law, and users rely on the Platform at their own legal risk.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved by agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the governing jurisdiction, unless Applicable Law requires otherwise.
batpkt reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where reasonably practicable, provide notification to registered users via email or in-platform message.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendments have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform.
Minor corrections, formatting updates or clarifications that do not materially affect your rights or obligations may be made without specific notification.
